The brief was to provide a fresh healthy environment. The existing site was an office space, stripped and converted to a minimalist restaurant. Windows along the façade were retained, the layout supported the service areas to be along the back wall allowing for the kitchen and bathroom in the rear corner.
The Interior is clean, bright & modern.
