Lankan Tucker is dedicated to creating authentic, fresh Sri Lankan street style food. The new restaurant was opened to create a commercial presence and act as the hub for the many festivals, markets and expos which the brand appears at.
Starting out as a small market stall, Lankan Tucker has grown to be a favourite amongst the locals.
Upon entry the front coffee bar divides the restaurant and food preparation space. Existing kitchen components were utilised in the new fit out and influenced the efficient kitchen layout which looks out to a light filled dining area.
Just like the food, the interior is bold, colourful, and full of flavour, inspired by the many cultural influences of Sri Lanka.
